Text to LCA - new way to model products, enter the product brief and CarbonSync AI will generate a bill of materials and calculate the product’s carbon footprint automatically.
Sales distribution by region- Model where products are actually sold and used. By specifying final destination markets, you can see how regional differences affect use phase and end-of-life emissions.
Improved: Product use phase modeling- Use phase modeling is now simpler and more consistent. The new “Analyze with AI” option estimates use phase emissions based on product category, expected lifespan, and typical usage patterns.
Improved: End-of-life analysis- End-of-life calculations now reflect country-specific recycling infrastructure. Updated recycling metrics are applied automatically, and the “Analyse end of life with AI” option helps explore alternative end-of-life scenarios at the part level.

Drag-and-Drop CAD Upload: Kickstart your project by simply dragging and dropping your CAD file—no setup, no fuss.
AI-Powered Material Suggestions: Our new AI Agent recommends up to 3 materials per part based on your product brief—cutting research time and carbon footprints.
Automated Part Mass Calculation: No more manual math—CarbonSync now reads part volume directly from your CAD file to automate mass calculations.
Improvements:
Added a toggle to input part-level volume or mass, giving you more flexibility in how you define components.
Mass is now automatically calculated during CAD upload—CarbonSync reads part volume directly from your .STEP file, saving you time and effort.
Our AI materials agent supports packaging components, offering tailored suggestions for films, foams, and other packaging materials.
Faster loading on the product listing page to help you navigate your projects with less wait time.
You can now compare materials using 3 lifespan options, making it easier to evaluate environmental trade-offs over time.
Disabled:
We’ve temporarily disabled assigning multiple materials or processes per part to streamline performance—we’ll bring this back soon with enhancements.
